This cookbook is a selection about the most important and famous Italian recipes. Italian cuisine had old tradition and the base of a lot of the tasty dishes is often connected to ancient Roman and Greek ages: this book as well as the recipes contains information about the origin and the evolution in history of these dishes. The variety of the ingredients, thanks to the good weather conditions of Italian lands, and the grandmothers' wisdom made Italian recipes could be perfect for home cooking. So what are you waiting for? Get fresh and season ingredients, follow the recipes, and you will be going to taste the genuine and original flavors from Italy.
Wonderful chicken recipes that you can place in the slow cooker to cook all day while you go about your day. Come home to the fabulous aroma of chicken lasagna or teriyaki orange chicken.

Indulge yourself with comfort foods like chicken and dumplings or dazzle everyone with exotic tequila lime chicken.

This cookbook was made with lots of love and the desire to help even the busiest of cooks whip up a great meal.

Hi my name is Cody and I am a diabetic so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to what you can and can't eat! I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes almost 10 years ago and oh boy it really hit me hard. I had been feeling unwell for about 4 years prior to the diagnosis but because I was only 26yrs old I just shrugged it off and carried on the best I could. When I hit 30yrs old my partner dragged me to the doctors, he wasn't surprised when I tested positive for diabetes, WHY? I was morbidly obese! He put me on the scales and my weight came in at 386lbs. That was the day my life changed forever, it had to otherwise I would have died. Fast forward 10yrs and I now weigh 173lbs which is still overweight for my height but I feel great which is the main thing. This recipe book was written by me to help others in the same place I was 10yrs ago. I hope you enjoy it.

Packed with exciting but accessible recipes, clever how-to tips, and a gaggle of tales from the catering trenches, this is a truly entertaining guide to the art of entertaining.

Featured recipes include hors d'oeuvres, starters, main dishes, side dishes, desserts, and libations. Nibble on Gorgonzola, Fig, and Pecan Cheese Terrine, or pass Seared Ahi on Wonton Crisps. There is nothing more appetizing than the smell of bread cooking, and that is one of reasons why I have gathered together this collection of my favorite bread recipes.

Even better, is bread made with yeast - real artisan bread uses only wild yeast starter, flour, water, and salt.

In these recipes, I have tried to remain true to purist artisan bread but instead used readily available, active dry yeast rather than wild yeast starter. But I have adhered to one basic rule -– that all breads are made with yeast, by hand in small batches and without a fancy bread machine.
